Unparalleled technical support . Our technical team consist of design engineers and CAD engineers who have vast experience in the industry and continue to work with and be part of the industry. Our IC design engineers have experience in designing and taping-out numerous commercial products which are currently in the market, while our successful system level design has propelled us to further expand into Thailand.
Our technical support includes installing, setting-up and commissioning the EDA software. Emerald Systems provides technical support in installing design libraries to ensure that the EDA software can be properly utilized. By taking on the role as the ‘CAD department’, university staff can thus focus on more important tasks: research and teaching – let us install, setup and maintain the EDA software.
Unlike other EDA vendors that only provide sales and marketing, we provide local technical support to ensure that the solutions provided can be successfully used by the universities.
